Full one year warranty on all extensometers and calibrators

Reliant warrants all of our products to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a one year period from date of shipment.  Both parts and labor are covered under this warranty.  This warranty does not cover items subject to wear.  This includes knife edges and electrical cables / connectors.

Whether your extensometer requires service or warranty repair, Reliant will strive to provide unparalleled service with quick turn-around times.  If you should experience a problem, please call us.  Reliant takes pride in ensuring you will be able to reach an actual, knowledgeable person to speak with.   Please contact us today with your repair needs.  There is no charge to inspect and quote a repair.  Repairs are usually inspected within 24 hours of receiving them.  Warranty repairs are typically completed and shipped with 48 hours.
