Reliant warrants all of our products to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a one year period from date of shipment. Both parts
and labor are covered under this warranty. This warranty does not cover items subject to wear. This includes knife edges and electrical cables /
connectors.

speak with. Please contact us today with your repair needs. There is no charge to inspect and quote a repair. Repairs are usually inspected
within 24 hours of receiving them. Warranty repairs are typically completed and shipped with 48 hours.
If your extensometer needs repair, please fill in the RMA form HERE. The form generates a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will email
you with instructions on returning your unit for repair.
